SCRES EXECUTIVES OF THE BOARD

 S. Muthukrishnan - President / SCRES   

Sri S. Muthukrishnan  Joined Railways since 2.11.1954 and entered into Railway Trade Union Movement since 8.10.1956. He was  Elected as Asst.General.Secretary Of SCRES on  6.6.1969(In the Gulbargah General Body) . And also worked as in the following roles:
  • Elected as W.C Member of NFIR: 12.6.1976( In Tirupathi Convention)
  • Elected as Jt.General Secretaruy Of SCRES: 24.10.1981(In the General body Held at Aurangabad)
and presently he is providing his services to SCRES as President Since 9.4.1996(In the Hubli General Body Meeting) and also serving as  Asst.General Secretary of NFIR: 30.3.2000(At the NFIR convention held at Ujjain).
Notable Achivements
1. Functioned in various capacities at the branch level between 1956 and 1969 and also between 1974 and 1981.
2. Attended Courses at the Workers Teachers Training and leadership organized by Central board for Workers Education/Hyderabad.
3. Organised different categorical Conferences at Central Organisation level, duly bringing necessary literature and their work, ethic the need for improvement in their career etc.,
4. Participated in a Workshop on “Labour Standard Setting” organized by International Labour Organisation & INTUC at New delhi.
5. Delivered Lectures during the courses organized by Hyderabad Center Of Central Board Of Workers Education.
6. Took active part in the Safety Seminars organized by railway Administration and organization and presented papers.

 Sri. CH . HARI - Zonal Vice President   

He is a Commerce graduate from Andhra University, joined in Railway service On 27th day of October 1979. He joined in the trade union activities right from 1980. He came up in the trade union from bottom post of BEC member to the post of Zonal Vice-President. Presidently, he is Branch Secretary of Non-Technical Branch belongs to Rail Nilayam Administrative Offices Branches. Impressed by his activities, General Secretary of SCRE Sangh Sri. M. Raghavaiah has elevated him to the post of Zonal Vice-President.
He is also working as Member of Zonal Staff Benefit Fund.
He is also holding the post of President for south Central Railway Employees' Co Operative Credit Society Sangh (SCR E.C.C.S.S)

 MARRI. RAGHAVIAH - General Secretary   

Joined as employee in the Railways at Guntakal in April, 1959. Joined Railway Trade Union Movement in 1959 and became Secretary, Southern Railway Employees Sangh in 1960s. Working in the Railway Trade Union Movement since the last 45 years in different capacities.Elected as General Secretary, National Federation of Indian Railwaymen (NFIR) in the year 1995 and since then leading the NFIR. Vice President of All India INTUC. Chief Vice President, A.P,INTUC. Member Standing Committee of (JCM), Govt. of India.

NOTABLE ACHIEVEMENTS
Secured regularization of Two Lakh Casual Laborers in Indian Railways. Secured Productivity Linked Bonus to Fifteen Lakh Railway Employees. Secured Improved Pay Scales to Six Lakh Artisans in Indian Railways. Organized Akhil Bharatiya Rail Sanraksha Maha Sammelan at Hyderabad in Oct 2003 with the participation of 12000 Delegates belonging to Safety Categories for preventing Rail Accidents. Built a disciplined and constructive Trade Union Movement in Indian Railways. Worked for Social Upliftment of SC/ST, Minorities and Unorganized Workers. Contributed for Industrial Peace in Indian Railways with no Strike or paralysation of Rail Services since the last three decades. Rendering service to the working people with integrity and sincerity since the last 45 years. Risen from the position of ordinary employee to National level and holding the post of General Secretary of National Federation of Indian Railwaymen (NFIR) with Headquarters at New Delhi as also All India Vice-President of INTUC.

 G. PRABHAKAR ANDREW - Joint GS   

He  Joined  Railways' since 7-01-1965. and   was in Railway Trade Union Movement during 1965. He was Elected as Branch Secretary of Raichur Branch,GTL division  in 1969, and also  was elected as C.W.C Member of S.C.R.E Sangh: 1992. 
 He was  also offered different roles since 1996 - 1997 such as
  • Elected as Divisional President of Guntakal Division  in  9-4-1996
  • Co-opted as Divisional Secretary of Guntakal Division in 1997
  • Co-opted as Wkg.Committee Membert of  NFIR in 1997
Presently he is Co-opted as Asst.General Secretary of SCRE Sangh  since 21.01.2003 and also providing services as Jt.General Secretary of SCRE Sangh since 2-8-2004.
IMPORTANT AND SPECIAL ACTIVITIES
1. Organised different Categorical Conferences at Divisional Level and central Level.
2. Participated and delivered lectures in Persomnality Development Programme exclusively for women employees organized by C.B.W Education/Hyderabad Center at Hyderabad during the period from 9-1- 2007 to 29-1-2007.
3. Attended “Joint Transport unions Strategy Seminar “ at Mumbai on 26th – 27th March 2007 Conducted by ITF.

 A. RAJAGOPAL- Joint. General Secretary   

He  Joined the Railways on:27-02-1964. And he  entered in Trade Union i.e South Central Railway Employees’ Sangh in 1969 and served as Branch Secretary, Kurnool Town. Subsequently electes as CWC Mwmber in 1977 and as Dy.Divisional Secretary in 1982 and as Divisional Secretary, Hyderabad Division on 12-05-1987 and continued as Divisional Secraretary till 30.06.2004. Presently serving as
  • Assistant General Secretary on 02.08.2004 and serving with  the same capacity till date.
  • Central Working Committee Member Of NFIR from 1987 and continuing till date.
IMPORTANT AND SPECIAL ACTIVITIES
1. As Branch Secretary ,KRNT constructed Sangh Office building for the branch at KRNT in 1983 and thus created a  land mark in the organization.
2. Attended Railway Staff College at Vadodara in the capacity Of Divisional Secretary along with Railway Officials.
3. Participated in  important Seminars Connected to Organisation at Ninital in Himachal Pradesh and also at Noida, Delhi.
4. Assisted number of staff in solving their genuine grievances and in getting appointments on compassionate grounds to the wards of railway employees who died while in service and medically de-categorised staff. Functioned as Defence Counsel in number of DAR cases.

 Sri. VEERABHADRAIAH VALLABHANENI - Asst. General Secretary   

Born in the year 1959, he did ITI (Mechonical) and joined in the Railway service on 14th Day of October 1981.He started his career in trade union joining in the SCRE Sangh in the year 1984. He is presently holding the posts of Asst. General Secretary (AGS) at Central Office level and Branch Secretary of Technical Branch which is one of the biggest Branch in Rail Nilayam Administrative Offices Branches.

Since 1989 he held various level posts in South Central Railway Employees' Co-Operative Housing Society ltd. Presently he is the President of this Housing Society. Though this Society, Along with his office bearers, he struggled a lot of in procuring wide area open lands and providing plots at reasonable affordable prices to construct houses by the Railway Employees. So far this society has completed 10 ventures at different locations and thus serving the Railway Employees Welfare.

 M. BHARANI BHANU PRASAD - Asst. General Secretary   

Mr. Bahrani Bhanu Prasad is Joined the Railways in the Year 1991 as a Hd.Clerk in the office Principal Chief Engineer ,Vth Floor ,Rail Nilayam,South Central Railway,Secundrabad. And he is participating  in Trade Union since SCRES member  team has established.
IMPORTANT AND SPECIAL ACTIVITIES
  • In the year 1997 ,worked as Branch Executive Member in AOB(Technical)Branch,Rail Nilayam for a period of one  and half years.
  • Worked as Asst Secretary from 1999-2001
  • Worked as Vice Chairman from 2001-2003.
  • Elevated to the post of Central Working Committee Member in the General Body Meeting held at Tirupathi in the year 2004.
  • Elected as Asst.Central Office Bein----- i.e Asst.General Secretary in the General Body Meeting held at Secundrabad in the year 2006.
  • Visit of foreign Countries: A H-------- 10th Advanced Leadership Development Co INTUC:Nominated as Joint Secretary for INTUC young workers Council,New Delhi in the year 2001.
  • Executive Member for INTUC young Workers Council,New Delhi from 2005 onwards.

 M. UMANAGENDRA MANI - Asst. General Secretary   

She has joined as Nursing Sister in Railway Medical Services and presently working in Chilakalaguda Railway Hospital, Secunderabad. She has chosen medical proffession to serve the people.

She has joined  SCRE Sangh immediately after  joining in Railway Service and due to her continuous dedication  and selfless service, Presently her  focus role  is as Assistant General Secretary in South Central Railway Employee’s Sangh and focussed areas  are like Attending  various seminars, conferences organized by International Trade Union bodies on various women issues and on prevention of HIV/AIDS held at various countries and represented SCRE Sangh/NFIR/INTUC and brought laurels to the Organisation by active participation and giving suggestions for forming new policies.

 M. RAMA JOGA RAO - Asst. General Secretary    

Joined in Railways as Pro-Commercial Clerk duly selected by R.S.C. After that he joined in South Central  Railway Employees Sangh in 1959. During his tenure he has  provided services in different roles such as Secretary/Sangh/GDV Branch, BZA Station Branch and  in BZA Mechanical Branch. Since 1974 to 1976 he worked as Divisional President for South Cental  Railway Employees Sangh.


On Deputation he was  offered services as Divisional Secretary since 1976 to 1994. Since 1976 he was  offering services to NFIR as Working Committee Member and presently he is active Assistance General Secretary Since 1995.
